This notice tells you what we, Breakfast Town, brand strategy and creative consultancy, will do with the personal data that you provide to us, why we have it and what your rights are.  We respect your privacy and we will only collect and process personal data for legitimate reasons and in compliance with data protection legislation.

What data will we collect?

Only the basic information that we need to deal with you in our business.  This will include your name, address and email address if you appoint our services.  We may also record your phone number if you contact us by phone.

Why do we collect your personal data?

We collect the minimum amount of information about you to enable us to give you an acceptable service.

The main reason is because we need to keep records for tax and accounting reasons.

We only use your information to send you materials and content relevant to you. The basis for us processing your data is for a legitimate interest or contractual reason if you have a business relationship with or are interested in Breakfast Town.

What do we do with your personal data?

We keep personal data in order to deal with queries and to contact our clients with legal and business updates.

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will hold your data securely unless you ask us to remove it.

We need to keep customer details for at least 6 years under the UK tax laws.  After that, until you ask us in writing to delete your personal data, we will keep it so as to help you if, for example, your computer crashes and deletes your files from us.
